EXCURSION OPPORTUNITIES

The positive impact that traveling has on students is incredible. The excursions are opportunities for students to mature and grow, gain perspective on life, try new things, problem-solve, and enjoy time with others in a new and unique environment. At Webber Academy, providing unique experiences for students to travel, explore, and grow has been a cornerstone of the school since its early days of operating.

Every second year there are language immersion programs in place for Spanish, French, and Mandarin; countries students have traveled to include, Spain, Argentina, Costa Rica, China, and France. Teams and clubs also have the opportunity to travel nationally or internationally. Senior School band has traveled to Toronto, New Orleans, New York, and Europe. Our Model United Nations club has attended conferences in South Korea and Singapore, and our basketball teams have competed in California. Every year, our Grade 6 class also travels to Ottawa to learn about the Canadian parliament. The destination list continues to expand, as these excursion opportunities play a large role in preparing students to thrive in university and beyond.
